AgeSin® DF-L9052 is a silicone-free foam-breaking polymer solution, which is used as a standard defoamer in solvent-based coatings and inks. It can effectively prevent the generation of bubbles and foam during the production, packaging and construction of coatings and inks. It has the following characteristics: fast defoaming, anti-foaming, good versatility, light color, and safe recoating.
Recommended to add it during the grinding process, with a dosage of 0.1-0.5% of the total amount. Due to its strong immiscibility, the impact on the transparency and shrinkage of the varnish system must be evaluated
Packaging: Available in 25 kg ,200kg kg drums.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place in the original, tightly sealed container. Protect from direct sunlight, heat sources, and frost.
Shelf Life: 24 months when stored under recommended conditions.
