AgeSin® DF-A5063 is a defoamer designed for water-based coatings. It offers excellent foam suppression and defoaming properties and can be used in both clear coat and pigmented paint formulations. It demonstrates good compatibility with a wide range of water-dilutable systems, including pure acrylic emulsions, styrene-acrylic emulsions, PU dispersions, epoxy emulsions, and water-soluble resins.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to add AgeSin® DF-A5063 before grinding or stirring to achieve the best foam suppression effect. It can also be added later in the process, but thorough mixing is essential.
0.05% - 1.0% (as supplied, based on total formulation weight).
The above dosage is based on empirical experience. The optimal amount should be determined through a series of tests.
