Sinimide® AN-BTDA (3,3',4,4'-Benzophenonetetracarboxylic Dianhydride) is a high-purity aromatic dianhydride monomer used in the synthesis of polyimides, polyamide-imides, and polyesters. It offers excellent thermal stability, high reactivity, and good processability. Available in multiple purity grades (98.0%–99.8%) with low metal content for electronic-grade applications. Ideal for polyimide films, high-temperature adhesives, aerospace composites, and optoelectronic devices.
