Sinophor® Fluorescent Brightener

Sinophor® OB-1 is a whitening agent commonly used in the plastics industry. Its appearance is divided into OB-1 yellow and OB-1 green, which can be freely selected according to customer needs.(For the difference, please refer to the Post-The difference between Fluorescent brightener OB-1 green phase and yellow phase)

Sinophor® OB-1 has the following characteristics:

Features and uses :

1. It is suitable for the whitening of polyester fiber, nylon fiber, polypropylene fiber and other chemical fibers.
2. Suitable for whitening and brightening of polypropylene plastic, ABS, EVA, polystyrene, polycarbonate, etc.
3. It is suitable for adding in the conventional polymerization of polyester and nylon.

Reference dosage :

1. Rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC):
Brightening: 0.01-0.06% (10g-60g/100kg material)
Transparent: 0.0001-0.001% (0.1g-1g/100kg material)
2. Polystyrene (PS):
Brightening: 0.01-0.05% (10g-50g/100kg material)
Transparent: 0.0001-0.001% (0.1g-1g/100kg material)
3. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC):
Brightening: 10g-50g/100kg material
Transparent: 0.1g-1g/100kg material
