Surface Preparation: Substrate must be intact, clean, dry, and free from oil and dust. Use a dedicated cleaner if necessary.
Spray Application: Dilute the concentrate as recommended and apply using a spray gun (recommended droplet size: 4–6 µm). Recommended dilution ratio: AP‑S3038P : Thinner = 1 : 4 to 1 : 6.
Curing: Air‑dry at room temperature for 5–15 minutes. For accelerated curing, bake at 60 °C for 3 minutes. Ensure complete drying before further processing.
If poor wetting or adhesion occurs during use, increase the coating thickness of the promoter.

Shelf life is 6 months when sealed. Products exceeding 6 months may be used after passing quality inspection.
Store in a well‑ventilated area away from ignition sources. Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with water, ethanol, or glass cleaner within three hours after application.
When bonding heavy materials, use auxiliary fixtures during the curing period.
