Sinocure® 1206

Newly Developed PIs, Sinocure® Photoinitiator, Type I Free radical photoinitiator

Sinocure® 1206 is a highly active photoinitiator for UV light curing. It has high sensitivity to 365nm wavelength and is suitable for light curing of colored systems, including black pigment systems.

This product has the following advantages:
 Can withstand up to 35%wt of carbon black pigment
 Ultra-thin film (1-30μm) curing system photoinitiator; when the coating film is thick, it can be combined with 369/ITX, 819
Or TPO compound use
 The photoinitiation activity is equal to or better than OXE-02 and OXE-01
 The light initiation efficiency and light sensitivity are higher than 369 and 379
 Zero VOC release
 Suitable for colored pigment systems and high viscosity systems
 The recommended dosage is 0.1-2%wt

Application :

Sinocure® 1206 is suitable for the production of TFT-LCD flat panel display color filters, photosensitive inks, electronic material inks and other systems. The recommended dosage is 0.1-2%wt, 0.8-2%wt is appropriate, and the best dosage is passed according to the actual curing system. Depends on experiment.
