Processing Instructions:
1. Add the emulsion (Part 1), start the disperser at 800 rpm.
2. Pre‑mix water and additives (Parts 2–7) thoroughly, then add to the emulsion. Disperse at high speed for 10 minutes, and check for craters.
3. Slowly add the remaining additives (Parts 8–12) one by one, stir for 20 minutes, then filter through a 200‑mesh filter bag.
Application Ratio (by weight): Paint : Water = 100 : 5 – 15 (for spray application)
Drying: Ambient drying
Packaging: 50KG, 125KG or 200KG/drum.
Storage:Store at 5 – 35°C in a dry, well‑ventilated area. Protect from freezing. Do not mix with cationic materials or solvent‑based paints. Recommend evaluating product performance under actual application conditions before use.
