Sinepoxy ® EPR-510
(Hydrogenated Bisphenol A Epoxy Resin)
Chemical Name: Cyclohexanol, 4,4-(1-methylethylidene)bis-, polymer with (chloromethyl)oxirane
CAS No.: 30583-72-3
MF: C18H33ClO3 MW: 332.91
General information:
SINEPOXY® EPR-510’s molecular structure is similar to that of bisphenol A epoxy resin, and its cured product has similar physical and mechanical properties to those of bisphenol A epoxy resin, but its molecule does not contain unsaturated bonds and has strong weather resistance. It is mainly used for outdoor electrical insulation materials, outdoor storage tanks, steel structure coatings, and potting materials such as concrete dams. Because its viscosity is much lower than that of bisphenol A epoxy resin, more fillers can be added to achieve the effect of reducing costs and eliminating shrinkage.
